Joseph Lindon Smith Letters
One of the projects falling under the Emma B. Andrews group umbrella is the transcription of a collection of letters and two diaries written by the artist Joseph Lindon Smith and his family during the seasons he worked with Theodore Davis in the Valley of the Kings (1904-5 and 1906-7). The quirky observations are interspersed with doodles and lists, making for an engaging reading experience.
